GDC Metal has one automatic and one half-automatic powder coating line. This chart will explain how the automatic one works. Preparatory work, masking,rinding and polishing metal parts.
1: hang parts into the automitic line.
2: cleaning the surface via water connons.
3: heat the metal in the oven.
4: spaying powder on metal parts surface, powder automiticly stick to metal by static electricity.
5: turn into the oven again for curing.
6: cooling down and take over.
